Access and terms agreed with your team.
For team access, we agree a shared usage allowance with your firm. Prices and access conditions are explained before you enter into a contract.
Any financial terms that apply to your access are presented clearly in advance. You will not be charged unless you have accepted them.

The Portuguese service currently searches case law by meaning and full text. Collected legislation is not yet searchable through this service, and the collection does not include Portuguese legal scholarship.
Sources must be checked before you use a result in legal work. IAJUS supports research and does not provide legal advice.

Use the Portuguese beta registration form. An email address and a short message are the essential details; the other fields are optional. Confirmation emails are sent in European Portuguese from no-reply@iajus.pt.
For team access, tell us about your workflow through the contact page. We can discuss where IAJUS.pt fits and agree the conditions, with no obligation to contract.
The details you submit are used to respond to you and contact you about access. You can withdraw consent or request deletion of your data by writing to privacidade@iajus.pt.
